The health and well-being of our employees, retirees, and their families is of paramount importance to E.ON U.S. Consequently, the company offers a comprehensive wellness program that: encourages and rewards healthy lifestyle choices with a broad array of wellness-focused activities and benefits; provides tools and resources to help you be an informed consumer of health care services; and helps you understand how your choices impact your health care costs.

The program offers many benefits to help you and your loved ones live longer, healthier and more productive lives.

Health Care Management - E.ON U.S.'s claims administrator, Anthem, offer health care management programs to help you maintain your health, control chronic conditions, and understand treatment options to discuss with your physician.

Annual Flu Shots - Offered late in the year to employees, retirees, and eligible family members at no charge.

Annual Health Fairs - Our popular employee "WellFairs" offer free health screenings and a health risk assessment to employees/retirees and spouses. Results of the health screenings and health risk assessments are confidential and provided directly to you.

Fitness Center Incentive - The WellFit reimbursement is available to employees and eligible family members. The program reimburses employee or family membership dues - up to $25 monthly or $300 annually per participant - to a fitness facility and has been expanded to include fitness classes.

Weight Loss Program Incentive - We now have a WellFit reimbursement for accredited weight loss programs. Employees and their eligible family members may be reimbursed 50% (not to exceed $25 per month per participant) for program fees.

Smoking Cessation Reimbursement - Our "Well...Stop!" program is available to employees/retirees and spouses. Smokers who've used the program in the past and need it again may now use the program a second time for the same reimbursement amount.

Mammograms - Employees/retirees and spouses are eligible to receive free mammograms, offered annually at various company locations.
