The DSM Home Energy Savings Audit allows tenants and homeowners to benefit from our expertise in energy savings.

Whether your home is large or small, you can learn about ways to reduce your energy spending. After the audit, you will receive a detailed report that provides a list of energy-saving measures appropriate for your home and the estimated cost to apply those measures. We can even tell you the estimated monthly energy bill before and after suggested energy savings measures are taken - allowing you to see potential savings if you implement the measures.

Who is eligible?
Those who reside in single family homes with an authorization to make minor changes as needed for energy efficiency.

What knowledge will I gain from an audit?
You will learn where and how you can save money on your energy usage. In addition, we can provide you with a detailed report that includes an analysis of projected energy savings in dollars.

How much does an audit cost?
Home energy audits are $15. On average, a customer's savings from home energy audit suggestions pay for or equal this fee within two utility bills.

Am I required to implement the recommendations?
No. However, the recommended measures when implemented can save you energy dollars year after year.
