Consumer Safety
LG&E considers consumer safety to be as important as any other aspect of public safety. That said, you should never provide your personal financial information (your name along with credit or debit card numbers, bank account numbers and/or Social Security numbers) in response to any unsolicited or suspicious emails, text messages, telephone calls, mobile phone applications, social media messages or unfamiliar websites. It's also important to protect passwords associated with your electronic banking or payment methods (online and/or mobile).
Keep in mind you should also be careful when performing face-to-face transactions at your bank, the grocery store or any other public setting.
