Request for Access to Transmission Control Center

The LG&E and KU Standards of Conduct Compliance Procedures require the following:

Absent emergency circumstances affecting system reliability, employees of an Energy Marketing Affiliate that require access to the Transmission Control Centers shall submit this written request (via electronic format) to the Chief Compliance Officer...

To request such access, please provide the following information to the CCO or CCO designee in advance of the desired access:

1. Proposed Date and Time that access is required
2. Verifiable and legitimate business purpose for seeking access

Should the CCO not be available, designees are listed at

The CCO shall review the request as promptly as possible and approve or deny the request.

The CCO shall maintain a written record of each such decision for inspection upon request by the Commission.
