Patriot Game VII Kicks Off at Kentucky International Convention Center
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Even though most sports fans are eagerly anticipating the arrival of football season, there is still one more basketball game yet to be played in Louisville Metro. For the seventh year in a row, The Healing Place will hold its annual charitable basketball game between the Louisville Metro Police Department and Louisville Fire Department.

The police and fire chiefs, along with players from both teams, will begin the heated rivalry in a competition of words, friendly jabs and predictions about this year's game. With four wins under their belt, the police are determined to bring home another victory while the firefighters are ready to own the court this time around. Both chiefs, along with officials from The Healing Place and Louisville Gas and Electric Company, will speak at the press conference that always holds a few surprise entrances.
