E.ON U.S. Employees Spruce Up Area Parks on Saturday
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — E.ON U.S. employees and their family members this Saturday will donate their time to participating in the company's annual "Season of Caring" event that will help improve two areas in southwest Jefferson County.
From 8 a.m. to noon, volunteers will clean, mulch and paint buildings at Sun Valley Park and Riverside, The Farnsley-Moremen Landing. The event is part of the company's larger community service project, a "Season of Caring" that benefits four areas throughout Kentucky this summer.
What: E.ON U.S.'s fifth annual "Season of Caring" will bring together more than 215 E.ON U.S. employees from Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company and their family members as they commit their time and effort to bettering communities in which they live and work.
Where: Sun Valley Park, 6505 Bethany Lane.
Riverside, The Farnsley-Moremen Landing, 7410 Moorman Road.
When: Saturday, August 1, 8 a.m. to noon.
