LOUISVILLE, Ky. — As preparations continue for the new downtown arena, all lanes of Second Street, between Washington Street and River Road, will be closed starting 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14. Construction will continue to close this portion of Second Street through Feb. 20.

In addition, the northbound lane of Third Street, between Washington Street and River Road, will reopen to traffic prior to rush hour starting Monday, Jan. 14.
