Customer Commitment Advisory Forum

The E.ON U.S. Customer Commitment Advisory Forum (CCAF), is a forum for discussion among E.ON U.S. representatives and low-income advocacy stakeholders. The objective of the forum is to promote open, meaningful dialogue that will ultimately provide input and guidance to E.ON U.S. regarding strategies, policies and practices on behalf of the company's customers in need.

The CCAF meets quarterly.
