The E.ON U.S. Graduate program gives participants an opportunity for international experience while gaining exposure to different aspects of our business. The graduate program lasts 18 months and includes four job rotations in at least two different job families and countries.

Upon successful completion of the 18-month rotation, graduates will return to a position within their "home" job function, i.e. Engineering, Accounting/Finance, etc.

Program Entrance Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with above-average grades
• Possess a minimum of six-months' work experience related to academic major
• International experience preferred (e.g., studying or traveling abroad)
• German language skills or the willingness to learn German
• A high level of flexibility and international mobility
• A high level of initiative, motivation and the ability to work well within diverse cultures
• Extracurricular interests and activities
