What is OneE.ON?


Being an international company, E.ON strives to articulate a collective vision, mission, values and behaviors for the company's subsidiaries.

OneE.ON is a common identity and purpose based on the highest ethical standards and commitment to excellence. OneE.ON benefits all stakeholders — from safer workplaces for employees and greater service for customers, to a cleaner environment for the community.

Each year, employees worldwide celebrate their shared values and behaviors during OneE.ON Day. In a true demonstration of global unity, select employees from across the E.ON Group celebrate the day by participating in a cultural exchange program called "20:100." For the program, E.ON selected 100 employees to visit one of 20 cities, ranging from Louisville to Moscow.

To further recognize and celebrate how OneE.ON values and behaviors contribute to the company's success, E.ON introduced an international award competition in 2006. Two separate awards, the OneE.ON Award and the OneE.ON Innovation Award for Customer Orientation, were given to winners at each market unit, who then advanced to the international competition. For the E.ON U.S. competition, more than 50 separate entries were submitted, representing nearly 350 employees who participated on innovative project teams companywide. One of those E.ON U.S. entries went on to win top prize at the international competition.
